Saturday 12 and Sunday, December 13, 2009 - 15 to 20 - at the Stazione Leopolda in Pisa will host the traditional event PisaUnicaTerradiVino, exhibition dedicated to wine production in the province. 60 companies will participate in the 2009 edition of the province.
The event will take place in three rooms of the structure (living center, tasting room, dining Slow Food taste workshops). Access is free at the Stazione Leopolda. Changing modes and times of the activities planned in the three rooms.
at the Town Hall , with the purchase of the tasting glass (10.00 euro), you can discover and taste the wine production of the province submitted directly by their producers, with the support of provincial associations of sommerliers ( FISAR and AIS). The counters will find their place within the space of the exhibition center, in the order dictated by the ideal travel the roads of the wine (the wine route of the Pisan Hills Wine Route and the Coast of the Etruscans), recreating their sinuous movement, interrupted from parking areas and rest. Those who want to taste the wine can stay in the "square", talk and take a break before starting again. The "journey" in the exhibition will be accompanied by a catalog / guide will be distributed at the same tasting glass, containing information relating to geographic location, production, retail, direct wines presented at the 2009 and other information Useful to know about our farms. The catalog / guide will be a tool to see beyond the day dedicated to the event. Inside the Hall is also in a bank run by ANAG spirits tasting with the productions of the companies attending the event. At the Town Hall will be present with a booth the region of Liguria, the coastal provinces of Massa Carrara in Tuscany, Livorno, Grosseto, some of the project partners TERRAGIR Community, which also undertook the Province of Pisa, in order to structure routes of the taste of cross-border territory.

room at the Slow Food Taste Workshops , open to the public in the afternoons, Slow Food Tuscany, in collaboration with the conduct of Pisa, offers a calendar of workshops pairing wine and local produce, with free access (max 30 participants). Taste Workshops will take into account the principles of the Slow Food philosophy and "7 fundamentals of food wisdom" on which around the world on December 10 we will celebrate the first Earth Day Mother: Access to good food, clean and fair, food and agricultural biodiversity, food production, small-scale food sovereignty, knowledge of languages, cultures and ecological knowledge traditional food production and environmentally responsible, sustainable and fair trade. elements that will accompany the plan preparation and communication of the event are: the leaf, wine, cork, the earth, the road. Cork blond Italian exhibition will be carried out counters of the companies, as a symbol of good interaction between nature and tradition of man. At the end of the show will be 100% recycled and used as thermal insulation. This will ensure energy savings and reduction of CO2 emissions atmosphere.
